Who is the Ceartais Group?
The Ceartais Group is a collection of like minded individuals seeking to provide affordable legal services to small businesses not in a position to have their own inhouse legal departments.
Do your attorneys work remotely?
Yes. Given the novel changes brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, all of our staff currently works remotely. Going forward we will continue to embrace this model to be able to provide legal help independent of geographic locations.
Who are your employees?
We keep a staff of full time W2-employees who are contracted to your buisness for the duration of the work. From time to time we may also employ carefully vetted and trusted free lancers if it meets your needs and can save you time or money.

Are you a temp firm?
No, while we may occasionally employ subcontracts, we do not employ our attorneys on a temporary basis nor do we act as a temp agency.
Are you a law firm?
No, the Ceartais Group is a S-Corporation. This allows up to provide creative and flexible solutions to our clients not typically workable by a traditional law firm model. We are however governed in our interactions between clients and our attorneys by the Bar Association ethical rules.
